Shipping policy

I offer shipping worldwide from Alberta Canada.

All item in the shop are ready to ship and will be shipped within 10 business days unless otherwise stated in a product description.  

Having said that, items that leave Canada are subject to customs delays that I don't have any control over which means that your bags are always shipped within the stated time frame but could be delayed through the post.

Because the post can sometimes be a little longer than expected I will not refund or replace orders until 6 week past ship date.
