Second Annual Hometown Retreat

Registration begins Wednesday April 8th 9am MT

We are beyond excited to welcome you to our second annual Grocery Girls Hometown Retreat—a cozy, joy-filled few days of yarn, learning, connection, and unforgettable memories.

There’s something incredibly special about gathering with fellow makers… and this weekend is exactly that. 💛

Arrival Note:
Because we begin with a welcome lunch and afternoon class on Thursday, this retreat is structured so you can arrive and get settled on Wednesday.

  • Your hotel stay for Wednesday night is included

  • Meals on Wednesday are on your own, giving you flexibility to arrive at your own pace and explore

Retreat Instructors;

  • Toni Lipsey & Mama Gwen

Meet the dynamic mother-daughter duo who will make you fall head over heels for crochet! As the creative force behind TL Yarn Crafts, Toni rocks the fiber arts world as an author, educator, and YouTube sensation, teaching crocheters to wield their hooks with confidence. Her Momma Gwen, a proud Army vet, has been free-styling gorgeous wearables and gifts since she learned to knit and crochet as a child - no pattern needed!
In their classes, Tonis expert know-how meets her moms creative spontaneity, offering the perfect recipe for fiber fun. Toni @tlyarncrafts and Gwen @bygwensdesign.

  • Megan Nodecker - Afterthought Everything Socks
Megan Nodecker is a knitwear designer and instructor from Abbotsford, British Columbia, who believes a handmade wardrobe should be as joyful to create as it is to wear. Over the past 15 years, she has been dedicated to helping knitters create their dream handmade wardrobes through her contemporary knitting patterns and classes that empower and uplift. When she's not teaching or designing for Pip & Pin, you'll likely find her exploring the outdoors, baking bread, or working on one of the many crafts she loves.
  • Jodi & Tracie - Beaded Felt Ornament.

We’ll spend time together creating a felt beaded ornament. In this class, you’ll learn how to work with felt, embroidery, and beads to create a beautiful, handmade keepsake. It’s a relaxed, creative session filled with laughter—and you’ll leave with something truly special to treasure or gift.
